Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7  days from the date the package arrives to send the item back to us at the address listed below using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the packing slip included in your package, and mail to the address below:

Note: All sale item products and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all iTosca and designer tags still attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, placed inside of a larger shipping box. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost of $10. Your shipment will include a printed invoice/return form. The invoice/return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

 Price Match

Itosca will match the price of non-sale styles available on other websites. If a better price is found, please email us a link and we will adjust your order and match the price. The exact style, color and size must be available at the lower price when submitting the request. Style must be represented on a website located and shipping from within the United States which sells clothing in US dollars. We do not match other website’s promotions or promotional discounts. Requests can be made when placing your order or within itosca 7 day return window.

Coupon Codes

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
